That is called "backup kitchen". Pantry is out.

A backup kitchen has a proper entrance. Anything else makes you unhappy :cool:

Stairs at 4.20, shifted slightly upwards (north) according to the plan, wardrobe rotated, WC adjusted. Check
Upper floor: parents’ area in the north, dressing room fits, bedroom has to manage with a smaller window and shutters. You will cope with that.
Bathrooms still need tuning. I would have liked the WCs together in the north, but it’s not possible. Doesn’t fit. You can't push everything into the dark corner.
WC downpipe is in the kitchen. That’s how it is in many terraced houses.
Utility room should have the drop in the TK. Check
For the built-over stairs, whether one or two steps, the architect is there.

Uh ... yes, ... and I already said that in post #30:

The drawing is no good not only because of the lousy resolution: on the upper floor there is a floor construction indicated at 15 cm; on the ground floor the floor construction height is unknown and cannot sensibly be subtracted according to "aus Summen kürzen nur die ..." from the specification. The floor height is apparently "335 cm from top of RFB ground floor to top of FFB upper floor"! (so probably 320 cm if the floor construction on the ground floor has the same height as on the upper floor. Double the inputs of the accompanying expert!
