What I would still be interested in is the floor height. Your landing staircase with a length of 3.46m is already quite substantial. For a house of this size, that seems very dominant to me. Normally, about 3m space requirement with floor heights of around 2.90m would be typical.

But I have to disagree ... as always my example of a staircase pattern I designed once Floor height "only" 285 cm .. I find the example with 337 cm comfortably walkable. Is the flat roof intended to be greened? Photovoltaics planned?

The OP could maybe state the height and depth of his steps, provided he has already thought about it.

If the south is so important to you, then I wouldn’t build the house so far into the south. That way, you would have more of the garden in the south.

The ground floor recess costs the utilization of the already limited house width here, the bay window costs "only" the additional effort of insulating the cantilever, starting with the "Isokörbe" (TM). The smart builder does not let the fee exemption of the advice I gave here in the open consultation lure him into ignoring it.
