Floor plan planning single-family house 180m2 south access - chaotic floor plans

My granny flat for the SchEl. has 80m2. On the ground floor with living-dining area and WC with window facing east, south, and west. Upstairs bedroom and large bathroom. They have been feeling very comfortable in our house for over 20 years now. Therefore, my suggestion with the single-level granny flat.

I appreciate your concerns and the tip about the granny flat on the ground floor. But it is really fine for everyone involved as it is planned now. The exterior entrance to the granny flat will be built at some point. For now, there is only one entrance to the house...
