I always plan with a length of 4m as a rule of thumb if no story height is specified. I've also noticed that the stairs from the architect are insanely long. Of course, this immediately raises the question of the ceiling height or where he wants to go? Closer to God?

Hello everyone,
Thank you very much for your feedback and even plans!!

The problem is just that we want the bedroom to be as dark as possible. How can we manage to keep the bedroom preferably on the right side of the plan? Even the east orientation of the window is actually already too much sun for us.
Is it possible somehow to have the children's rooms on the left side of the plan and the study at least 10m2?

What do you think about the ground floor?
Originally, the study was planned downstairs so that if necessary at some point, one could live only on the ground floor.
What do you think about the layout of the living room?

That would actually be how we would like it. The only problem is that the dressing room then becomes too small. We would like to have 3m of wardrobes each and also the dressing table in the dressing room. AND we also don’t really like the idea of entering the bedroom through the dressing rooms. Do you have any other solution for the layout?

I have sketched the idea from . Would it be better to place the entrance door in the middle? The platform at the entrance is also a bit smaller, max. 1m.

Bedroom in the northeast and the children's rooms in the south as suggested by is hardly better. Too much light? Blinds or something like that belong there anyway.
The office is 11.4 m2.

I think you can manage the 2*3m and put the vanity table under the window. The wall of the walk-in closet can move 50 cm towards the south wall.

I find the solution with the entrance through the walk-in closet great. That way, you don’t disturb anyone who still wants to sleep after leaving the bedroom.

Does the architect really know all of your wishes?

Wow, I would doubt this bold claim. That would eliminate the headroom for the stairs.
