Hi everyone,

as promised, here are the current floor plans and exterior views. Please ignore the layout in the bathroom, it is just an example.

It will be a bit difficult to get into the utility room. Otherwise, it's not really my thing, but it's okay.

Hm. You can do that. I find the furnishability of the living/dining area with the wall that is evenly segmented but still segmented questionable.

The rather square kitchen is also not optimal to furnish.

I'm not a great draughtsman. But suggestion:

Would it be possible to have the stairs run on the left side in the hallway instead of the right? Then you could slightly widen the whole area from the right. The utility room would be a bit less wide, I would put the WC next to the pantry, the cloakroom would be a bit bigger. The kitchen would be wider. Utility room access from [Garderobe].

Upstairs then swap the bathroom and office.

Haha, you're right. There's actually a door missing to the utility room. But one will definitely be installed!!

Unfortunately, the toilet can't be placed next to the pantry because then we wouldn't be able to install a window there. The garage is right next to the house :-(. And we definitely want to have a window in the toilet.

The issue with the furnishability in the living/dining area is true. We wanted it to be as bright as possible. Perhaps two floor-to-ceiling windows instead of three would be a bit better??

I would make the window in the SE floor-to-ceiling and then omit the next one (Planlinks im WZ). That is more than enough... it will be wonderfully bright.

However, I also wonder how the garage can be accessible from the house if there is still the landing in front of the front door - and that will definitely have to be built, even if it is not shown now.

Give the pantry a door at the front, otherwise the path with the groceries is too long (cases of drinks and wine bottles are heavy as long as they are full )

Yes, about the bathroom: the corner window is really an eye-catcher from the outside, fits quite well.

I personally would not build the double garage like that and then the WC on the right would also be possible again.

Would have a simple garage as wide as possible and between the garage and the house a garden passage about 1.20m wide. A window can also go there.

What ypg says about the platform I had not noticed at all, but it's true. Would additionally speak in favor of it.

I also agree with the window solution she proposed. However, I do not consider direct access to the pantry to be essential.
