The door to the bathroom would not be placed at the end of the world - so swap it with the toilet. It's also a pity that you first have to go through the entire dressing room to get to the bedroom. Normally, the connecting door is not at the far end, but rather near the entrance of the dressing room. Can the bed also be placed on the other wall? Outside there is only the street and not the mega view...

Hi kaho674,

we can easily still move the door in the bathroom. It probably only makes sense once we have planned the bathroom. That will happen in the next few days.

Your remark about the dressing room door is once again very helpful. So we will probably do it that way. The bed can also be placed against the wall to the bathroom, or could that be disturbing if one is still sleeping and the other is showering or something? We might also have planned a direct door from the bedroom to the bathroom. Although I don’t really like having 2 doors to the bathroom. Quite a few furnishing options are already lost due to the two windows.

But it doesn't have to be if there are no cables there or if care is taken.

Hm, we'll have to think about that again. It probably depends on whether we make another door from the bedroom to the bathroom or not. At least we can already get into the dressing room without having to go through the bedroom.

If you are still considering choosing a slightly smaller kitchen/dining area, and instead an office downstairs, here is the suggestion from Fingerhaus with the former Bravour 400. However, I would switch the kitchen and dining area right away and shorten one wall as indicated.

In the upper floor, I would swap/change the rooms: namely:
The bathroom becomes the bedroom, the bedroom becomes the office, child 2 becomes the bathroom, the small bathroom is removed, if you can still follow.

The open space could also be used as a PC workstation or reading corner.
The windows downstairs would need to be replanned to allow more light in. It might also be worth considering designing the access to the office through the living room and enlarging the wardrobe in the entrance area accordingly.
