We are in agreement on that, including the building authority and the regulations. At least concerning the side boundary; towards the street, the building frame usually remains the building envelope, sometimes the state building code even requires 5 m of driveway in front of the gate.

... depends on which "bottom left" of the plan.

This question is almost part of the inventory here. I say, the footpath of several dozen steps length between the gate and the door keeps you fit; others already fear drowning in the drizzle and absolutely need a drive-in pantry.

With the inserted site plan bottom left (#82). So seen from the street on the left.

We would then not place the house next to the garage but further to the right and, if possible, further into the property. So that the garage practically does not stand directly by the house if it is positioned bottom left on the plan.


. That's true, everyone has their preferences. I think a direct connection to the house will probably be done.

Yes, you are right. A distance must definitely be maintained towards the street as well. The development plan also slightly suggests a driveway at the garage. But I don't think this distance is the problem, since we have enough space towards the back of the property.
