We are in agreement on that, including the building authority and the regulations. At least concerning the side boundary; towards the street, the building frame usually remains the building envelope, sometimes the state building code even requires 5 m of driveway in front of the gate.You are now talking about the distance of the main building. I agree with you on that. However, in my opinion, the garage may be right on the boundary.

This question is almost part of the inventory here. I say, the footpath of several dozen steps length between the gate and the door keeps you fit; others already fear drowning in the drizzle and absolutely need a drive-in pantry.I think then the path to the house is too far, isn’t it?
