Sorry, but since the development plan must be strictly adhered to by you and your architect, you should consult and get it in writing. The development plan or the drawing must be changed here.
However, it may be (which I rather believe) that you showed us the non-official drawing of the sales offer and not that of the development plan. These are two different things: one wants to sell or "only" present for interested parties, the other is the law!
