A floor plan usually stands or falls with the staircase. What still works with some shuffling on the ground floor can be ruined on the upper floor—or vice versa. That’s not to say you should play me! You should just always keep an eye on all the floors.

We will definitely try it with the straight staircase. But of course, it may be that with a changed floor plan, another staircase becomes necessary. If anyone has an alternative or has seen one before, then feel free to share it

Which of course does not mean that I/we no longer want to or will make our own considerations.

I spontaneously really thought of those walk-in showers from the catalogs. To me, these built-in showers feel more like shower enclosures. But my point did come across.

Differences can certainly be expressed just on the level of quality. A floor plan does not have to be original, and the chosen house design does not exactly indicate that this is important to you: the Instead-Villa exists in only eight exact variants - with one or two parking spaces as a carport or garage on the right or left.

Concerns: OG is now also mirrored according to Katja's version. Bathroom in O, child in S. The doors can be placed more centrally, more in the middle. In addition, I would make the bedroom accessible through the walk-in closet, so move the door. In the bathroom, I find the sanitary fixtures carelessly pushed into the corners.

One does not have to reinvent the wheel with every experiment. Floor plans are available online by the dozen. Google is your friend. After seeing the hundredth floor plan with 9x11 or something similar, at least you know what you don't want. Maybe you could simply say again what is particularly important to you. It's always possible that someone here will think of something or has seen something similar somewhere.
