Here is the modern version without expensive additional roofs on the ground floor, but finally with a pantry and a slightly larger utility room + fireplace. A designer should probably take another look at the window optimization. It can definitely be improved. Depending on the terrace location, a terrace door should be added at the top of the plan next to the kitchen.

Access to the dressing room is optionally also possible through the bedroom. In addition, one could consider painting the kitchen and living room door including the associated small walls.

Hm, downstairs is actually not bad. It already looks very spacious. I just don't understand the utility room. Is the utility room visible from the stairs? The length goes up to the middle of the stairs, right?

Upstairs, however, a lot of space is wasted because of the stairs and the large hallway. Maybe it just looks like that. I have to measure everything.

If the dimensions are correct, then almost all the rooms upstairs are smaller than in my initial floor plan. A lot seems to be lost due to the hallway.

I would find it more important to give up a few square meters but have functional rooms! As so often in life: size alone isn't everything

I find Katja's floor plan very harmonious!

No idea. Here are some measurements from the upper floor: As I said, size isn't everything. Thickness also matters!

Next option:
Orientation this time only to the southwest - but a bit narrower to make a terrace possible there.
Straight staircase - yippee.
Storage again under the stairs.
Nice wide "entrance".
Even an optional shower downstairs.
Large laundry room.
Ideal with a small exit on the upper floor for the child. If too expensive, some kind of small roof must be placed on it.

Attention: The staircase is the small 3.60m staircase from the introduction thread. More was not possible. But you could fan it out wide at the bottom - as is customary in manor houses. Let's see if I can find a picture...
