If I had been allowed to do it........we wanted to end up at about 150 sqm and have cut back in some areas......bigger would be nicer, but unfortunately that also applies to other areas. Then I'm back to my 200 sqm, which I no longer want. Hm.....

I don't quite understand the upper floor...
The staircase leads to a large open room? The bed is standing in the middle of the bedroom without a headboard?
Where is the access to the bathroom?

Oops...sorry. Something has not been inserted yet or only partially described. The area above the dining room + living room is an open space, you go to the right after the stairs. There we then divide the area into a lounge and TV area with the associated TV sofa or guest bed using our mobile furniture USM-Haller. That is a nice piece from RUF with a foldable aluminum table and it will then serve as both TV and guest bed (grandchildren etc.). Access to the bathroom is via HILTI. No, that is missing too. The entrance is from the bedroom in the rear area by the window. Bathroom planning jumps back and forth daily..... Behind the bed nothing is drawn, but a Ytong wall or suitable furniture will be placed there. Basically, we have rebuilt that from here. The furniture will come along. Sorry again, we have it in our heads but not everything lands on the plan until we finally know how it will be.

Well, that calms me down......No kidding, I see that you have good taste and despite advanced age combined with stubbornness, I very much like to listen to other opinions. We are still ahead of it and can change it. So.....always bring it on if something comes up or an idea arises.

The only thing that would bother me is that no TV fits in the living room.

I would also reduce the size of the gallery to create a cozier look. Then you would still have a small hallway at the top for a dresser, workspace, or you could even rearrange the bedroom and bathroom differently.
