Good morning. Yes, everything is with the building authority and seems to be on a good path. Ultimately, we will see if everything works out, but at least we are optimistic. Soon we will have an appointment with the general contractor where we will discuss further details of the expansion. Thank you very much for asking!
So, today there was mail from the office with a positive building permit. Now it can get started........ Maybe wait a bit until the builders have time but at least this crucial requirement is now in place!
Since I only pay for the shovel and fortunately don't have to use it myself, I am dependent on the builders' schedule. However, I will probably learn more details in the next few days.
