I just noticed that I named EG and OF the wrong way around; I’ll correct that shortly.

Yeah, I’ll pass the criticism directly to the planner in the house-

...that’s the price we accept for the lake view. Our large living room here is not used very often, rather the small living room; in the new house that would then be near the fireplace on the EG.
Guest is always family, so that’s okay for us; we had planned it before with access from the hallway but then consciously decided on this.

...true, not optimal, but it lies more to the west and the bathroom in the southern corner.

No, rather 20 days; that’s more my room for TV, music, etc.; but it doesn’t lie in the south????

...to be honest that worries me a bit as well, which is why I want to hear clear feedback; the fax hasn’t been sent yet-

Thanks to you - it’s being discussed!

Windows to the lake: We have folding glass walls from Solarlux facing the valley and about 1m balcony in front as a "fall protection". The folding walls fold outward so that nothing can ever be in the way inside. This solution could provide a wonderful lake view. Guest: Instead of bringing the guest into the house, you can also outsource them into a "guest house". For example, this could be done without permission with a "shepherd's wagon". Depending on the requirements and execution, these are available from 5000€ – the price up to the tiny house on wheels is, of course, open-ended as always. The guest gets a key for the toilet on the ground floor. This is supplemented by a shower (otherwise I am always against it) – and that’s good.

Is this now the interim or final planning?
I have to admit that at some point I stopped following the thread.
Nevertheless, I have to say: it doesn’t make any sense to me at all.
The staircase is too short, isn’t it?
Winding past a furnished narrow front from the kitchen to the dining area to get to the dining area? Chill area in a double passage area (staircase and the aforementioned dining area)
Guests also have to pass by there... crossing the house once to get to the toilet.
Kitchen ticked off so that the utility room can be accessed...
The bathtub and the shower, as placed, only just let Twiggy run to the toilet (note the width of the bathroom of 2.20 and a tub of 180x80)
If I am misinterpreting all of this, then sorry.
But these would all be points to change if it is about new construction.

I think you have now planned extensively and in detail and have a solution for yourselves, but the solution still has issues with the mentioned points, at least some fine-tuning is still needed. Back then, from this planning stage until the creation of the floor slab, we changed many times.
Now test your basic requirements: can this layout handle all that?
My logic would be the bedroom facing northeast,
fireplace chill and TV room facing southwest (cold, fireplace, evening sun),
living room central with dining room and kitchen.
How high are the windows at the top on the side, 1.2m from the floor?
