Floor plan "HOUSE FOR TWO" of approximately 150 sqm presents itself

your floor plan keeps bothering me. We also have a ground floor bedroom with closets, it works. Door next to the stairs, not partly underneath, bumps on the head. Upstairs, where the narrow bathroom is, a gallery hallway to the guest room, in front of it to the outside the bathroom with an extra door, possibly with a dormer because of standing height. The picture on the long wall on the gallery edge does not appeal to me. The topmost window in the house for tilting with a motor (triangular windows in our case) is worth gold in summer, cool air from the park at night below and the warm air out at the top.

Just reading it now ... I generally like the replanning very much .... but I still have to criticize the position of the refrigerator. If I see it correctly, there are now almost 3 living areas? Downstairs ... very spacious, upstairs and TV corner upstairs? The guest area has become very cramped, especially since a bunk bed is planned there and the very narrow bathroom. I think this needs to be reconsidered.

We are still trying to find the jack of all trades. In the process, we are making big loops and returning to the beginnings, this time with details that we have partly incorporated here. Therefore, I am always grateful for honest and direct input.
The current floor plan is now being transferred to the building application and I should soon...

So - the (quite) final draft. After initially turning the entire plan upside down and redesigning it with the complete living area on the ground floor, we then approached the original version again, but with some clearly noticeable adjustments for us.
The individual balance between living, guest area, TV corner, quiet area, retreat option, functionality and overall appearance and all that in line with the development plan as well as the requirements of the property is probably always a long way to go...

What was changed, also because of the various rudeness mentioned here -

Ground Floor:
- Staircase to the upper floor rotated, so no passing through the gallery area anymore, making it quieter there
- Living room moved to the upper floor, which freed up quite a bit, living room is anyway used rather rarely
- TV area now in the guest/elderly/whatever room (2nd TV/projector in living room upper floor?)
- Guest room extended by 1 meter, now 15 sqm, staircase and entrance moved as well
- Utility room adjusted according to technical requirements, possibly still divided (pantry/utility room)
- Small living room or lounging area/relax chair by the fireplace / furniture (furnishing different though)
- Dining room where the living room used to be (can be furnished either way depending on mood)
- Glass surfaces changed, two solid wall panels for fireplace/wood as well as free or KS
- Bathroom adjusted so that it has pleasant dimensions for us (size of shower etc.)
- Glass roof on the terrace in front of the kitchen area

Upper Floor:
- Wall between bedroom/bathroom will be moved slightly more towards the bathroom
- Current living room furniture fits exactly in front of the now large window
- Half-high room dividers in front of it for the emerging office nook...
- Bedroom furnishing will be different, bed centered, away from the wall
- Shower will be like this or possibly also 1x1m or a bit bigger, but then with a door

Windows throughout the whole house adjusted/changed, south and west side with blinds

Just saw that I uploaded a different picture for the OG. The bedroom furnishing should currently be like in the picture, the bathroom is not yet final whether walk-in without a door (my favorite) or similar to the picture, but then with a glass door
