I thought so too, but lacking knowledge, I kept my mouth shut. Isn't it the case that after the building application (or its approval) you can't just throw everything overboard without having to reapply completely? We also made changes after the application. But these were all fairly minor things, like omitting windows in the technical room because we later realized that with all the technical gadgets, the wall is needed entirely. Things like that. But for real changes that might affect structural engineering, etc., can you just do it differently afterwards like that?

So far I didn't know that I could be inclined that way but maybe there is still development potential in me. Don't worry, I can of course still change the things that are still open, what is fixed I have named.

You don’t have to shut up because of me, just say whatever; I don’t claim to be infallible. As you write, this applies AFTER the approval of the building permit. As I wrote, the draft still has to go to the statics. I am not necessarily early, but also not too late for what I still want. I’m not too deterred by subsequent adjustments; I am used to that myself. I then also bear the consequences and always look for the cause within myself. But thanks for the info anyway!

What speaks against a proper passenger lift that can be installed later if needed? One would only have to reserve a space on each floor in the current planning that can be converted into a shaft afterward. A landing and pit are no longer necessary nowadays.

We also swapped the floors due to the view, but the option to install a lift was a prerequisite for that.

What must also be considered is the possible lack of direct access from the roof (living) floor to the garden; you have to like that!

Is there a picture of the “view” anywhere?

Then I misunderstood that, I was under the impression that the final building application had been submitted
