Update:
So, the shell construction is largely finished, except for the usual things, everything is okay so far. Recently, we have applied many liters and days of wax stain onto the rafters and then the boarding wood, today the last boards....uffffff
Despite a long planning phase and many considerations, small deficiencies sometimes appear in detail, but that was to be expected with the construction.
Now the details begin and that is a joy. On Monday the visible roof boarding will be installed, on Tuesday the foil on the roof and shortly after that the tiles, a few days later the windows. The original floor plan was changed slightly, our general contractor is very flexible and is also happy about our flexibility on our side when something doesn't quite fit or is difficult for him.
Communication is always friendly, which was a very important point for us in selecting our general contractor, he apparently also enjoys building the house, which is why he usually responds positively to various adjustments.
We hope it stays that way...... :D
