I don’t really find the parents’ area successful.

1. Between the bedroom and the common room there is only one door without necessity, which from a soundproofing perspective is not ideal.
2. I also find 2 doors to the parents’ bathroom unfavorable. Why? So that the man can go directly from the common room into the bathroom to use the toilet? You have a guest toilet right next to it. To me, having almost 2 doors per room would be too noisy.

I would make the access to the bedroom/bathroom from the dressing room and go from the anteroom into the dressing room.

€: Alternatively with a small storage room.

The second door was due to the daily routine. That means one of the parents gets up earlier, goes through the dressing room into the bathroom, and can from there go directly into the living area without having to return disturbingly through the bedroom. Your idea with the access through the dressing room in both directions is really good! Thanks for that! That will be discussed later.

Quickly: I would leave out the walls in the [Einliegerwohnung], separate the hallway from the open-plan living area: rather a small vestibule and a separate small corridor leading to the bedrooms. This makes the open-plan living area appear larger without significant losses. Possibly make one bedroom smaller to accommodate a wardrobe. In a [Einliegerwohnung], you can also do without a bathtub and make the bathroom smaller. The window views seem a bit too extensive to me.

On second thought, the hallway is actually finished, recognized that well: but in my opinion, there is still more potential in this area in terms of planning

Attached are a few more thoughts.

KG: The mudroom (room where you take off dirty clothes, e.g. gardening clothes) and cellar 02 (cellar of the attic apartment) will be swapped. The new mudroom will be enlarged so that the laundry room also has space in it. Additionally, a door beneath the stairs should allow direct access to the hallway.

EG: The bay window is eliminated (Yay! ). The dressing room can now be accessed directly from the hallway and from there you enter the bedroom. The idea of the storage room should be implemented. The partition wall between the dressing room and bedroom should (if structurally possible) be removed in the northern area. A floor-to-ceiling built-in wardrobe is to be installed in the northern area (7m from dressing room to bedroom). This should make everything feel a bit airier. We are not yet completely sure whether the door from the bathroom to the hallway should be removed. The distance from the entrance vestibule to the stairs is perhaps a bit too tight at 1.4m. However, the stairs cannot be moved any further. Therefore, the idea is now to open up the vestibule a bit more. On the landing outside (ground floor entrance) a railing and a canopy should still be planned.

EG + DG: The terraces of the ground floor and attic floor should each be extended by 1m so that they protrude 1m beyond the exterior walls of the respective lower floor. This is intended for sun protection and weather protection.

I would think carefully about removing the wall between the bedroom and the dressing room. Then, you would still have the noise of the other person in the bedroom if you get up at different times. In that case, the bedroom would even become a passage room if someone wants to go to the bathroom. In my opinion, you can forget about the airier impression if there is a 7m long wall unit standing there. Since such a wall unit is usually divided anyway, the wall wouldn’t be an obstacle and only the door opening would still be an issue. A sliding door would be recommended there, so you wouldn’t have a door in the way and the bedroom could still be closed off if needed for quiet.
