Right, it’s called a parapet then! You are completely right about the static load! I have planned two H-beams according to the updated appendix. We visually like bare steel, whether it is sufficiently load-bearing still needs to be checked. I have now also relocated the wardrobe. Once the "guest" wardrobe in the entrance area and the "home" one at the new partition wall between staircase/hall. The full view into the bedroom is also a very good point! I have tried to avoid it now with two tall partial walls instead of one completely continuous parapet as attached. The distance between the cabinets is 1.15 m. It’s a pity that the measurements cannot be displayed with the tool. The dressing room is 3.13 m * 2.35 m. With 2.35 m then minus two 60 cm cabinets, 1.15 m remain. Right, the bed is not really well placed. Even though I have nothing to do with Feng Shui, but even that makes sense to me. I have placed the bed (2 m * 2 m) differently and moved the window.

I do not find the stair railings suitable and would rather work with wall panels. I find the bedroom better now. Piano in front of a terrace door is not great. In short, regards

The only window in the bedroom right next to the headboard of the bed I also do not consider good due to drafts, etc.

I also wanted to mention the piano; it should in no case be planned in the [Süderker] ... unless it is just a piece of furniture and is not played.

I would move the conservative middle bay window to the side anyway. That could also be in the living room, the partition wall to the bedroom is straightened so that it becomes a bit larger. Then the window or the bed would have more space.

Regards, Yvonne

... Time passes ... The topic of financing was somewhat more time-consuming than expected. Although nothing is signed yet, the completion is approaching. Below are the floor plans, elevations, and section for discussion. The furnishing has not been adjusted yet, for example, the headboard of the bed on the ground floor is on the north wall. The bay window on the ground floor will probably not be like this either. Either there will be none, or it will be moved entirely to the south so that a floor plan can be created there. The dining table can be accommodated there.
