Hooray, the windows are in!
... but the wrong ones. Well, until now, everything was going too well. Now there had to be a turning point.
We installed three in the extreme heat (well, we as helpers), but then we realized that something was wrong. The windows fit perfectly in the rough construction opening, but not with the floor construction. The sliding doors (basement three, ground floor two (middle fixed glazing), top floor two (middle balcony door)) have a threshold that is 5 cm above the finished floor level. However, we wanted threshold-free. The base of the window that disappears into the screed is therefore 5 cm too high, the passage heights 5 cm too low. This whole thing could now lead to a construction stop of 8 weeks.
