A slope with a lot of luck. Thanks to the stone location, it will probably be a super cheap construction pit (no irony)! Groundwater, no! But a long-established "Ur" resident, my direct neighbor, mentioned that there was a spring there decades ago. In the course of raising the road (about 2m), it was "sealed". I'll take a picture and measure the amount of discharge. But it is rather low. It's good that we found this, even without a dowsing rod. Because this way we can take necessary measures and, if necessary, even use the spring.

Great if you can use them. It is no longer allowed here. Especially since the water disappeared in the mid-80s. Grandma used a well in the garden. When the settlement was developed further up the hill, the water was gone.

The harsh winter still exists. At least at an airy height of 450m. But since the beginning of February (04.02.2019), work has finally continued or really started after the excavation of the construction pit. The strip foundation was excavated, shuttered, insulated, and poured. Gravel/aggregate was applied. The blinding layer was applied and the insulation above it. This week the steel will be lowered and the floor slab will be poured.

Great that things are moving forward for you. Our ski lifts are still running.

Two weeks later than the already postponed date. The shell construction should have been completed in December. Well, originally, we wanted to have moved in by Christmas 2017 (!).
But it’s nice that things are now running and the craftsmen are working perfectly. Super well coordinated. Let's see if it continues like this.
The conglomerate of architect, site manager for the shell construction, and my father, who happens to live a few houses down, is also running excellently so far. Typical for a construction site, people speak very directly, so to speak, but then also laugh heartily. At the moment, it's a really relaxed phase for us. I better knock on wood.

I wish you a very early spring start too, so you can get going as well.

On Friday, 8 or 9 cement mixers arrived. The floor slab is finished. Okay, the "small one" under the stairs in the west is still missing. It will be poured separately to be decoupled.
