Once again, a current update. The exterior walls on the ground floor are now being constructed. The drainage has been installed and the backfilling with the excavated soil is happening simultaneously.

We want to use the rainwater from the roof and the sealed surfaces. At least as watering water in a cistern, possibly even as a supply to a pool/pond. I would imagine a mechanical filter there (to stop, for example, bird nests from the roof).

What do you think of the Mall pre-filter shaft V? Do you know an alternative?

And it continues! The steel for the interior staircase is in place and the walls on the ground floor are rising.

Take a look at Graf Zisternen. They have some pre-filters or filter shafts in their range. Rainwater actually has no business in the pool or pond. Better use it for irrigation.

Following the motto "all good things come in threes!" The third floor is beginning to be built. The view surpasses that of the second floor. So far, everything continues to run smoothly. Well, the multi-utility application has cost me some nerves. It's really quite a paperwork frenzy. I am actually a professional, working for an (not the local) energy provider. Not in that area, but at least one has Vitamin C. For the "normal" homeowner, it can already become quite extreme. I have already said that the multi-utility application will probably cost me more hair than the entire house construction itself. I also once tried with a drone image. The drone took off and was in the tree of the neighbor two properties away after 3-4 seconds. I will keep trying, but will practice first in a remote field.

I wish you continued rapid progress with the construction. I'm curious to see how it looks when finished. Regarding the drone, you should definitely practice. Is it still functional? Please be sure to observe the current drone regulations (insurance, fireproof labeling...). Flying a drone with a camera over a neighbor's property is now prohibited, even at greater heights. For this, the owner's permission is required.

Don't forget to take pictures of the mountain opposite. I'm curious to see it all finished, including the outdoor area.
