You’re whining about 200 days for a building permit???

We took almost 2 years for it...
consider yourself treated preferentially!

I'm not going to check everything now, but this will work: with Katja's suggestion, the windbreak extended by at least 1 meter, a piece of wall could also go to the kitchen/dining area so that it is more pleasant.

FINALLY! On Wednesday the earthworks contractor came with his excavator! At first I was a bit skeptical that the "small" excavator wouldn't manage it. But size isn't everything! After 1.5 days you could already see some of the foundation pit. It still needs to be much deeper, but so far it's going very well because the shale is still quite "loose". With the start, a huge weight was lifted off our shoulders. The connection work for the shell construction also looks very good. Now we are very hopeful that everything will flow smoothly... Unfortunately, weather-wise, we missed a great summer for construction. Financially it's tight as well, since we have had to service the annuity loan (interest and repayment) since the beginning of the month and on top of that we have to pay a penalty for the loan not yet drawn down. But well, a contract is a contract and it will be manageable. On the other hand, I am hoping for the child benefit grant...

Would you upload final lead plans? Especially the situation in the parent area+entrance was actually a topic, but unfortunately there was no further feedback...
