Logo tastes great! The local butcher has specialized in this and has a relatively high level of recognition. Sometimes, when you talk to others (from far away) at holiday destinations, you’re surprised that many know this small town with just under 700 inhabitants. Whether it’s "oh, I’ve already been there by motorcycle," "oh, I get my honey from there," or "oh, your butcher is great." Unfortunately, hunting is becoming more and more restricted. In principle, hunting is not allowed in residential areas either. You really have to encounter them in the forest. Let’s see what the future brings. There is also an effort to completely stop hunting in the region. Not much will happen at the entrance either. It was planned to be as unspectacular as possible so that the size of the house is not immediately apparent. I would have preferred it with just a door (without a window). Surely, besides all the paving that will still come for the parking spaces, there will be a visual enhancement through planting or a nice bench, but it definitely won’t be much.

Here is an update! Painting work is almost done. However, the tiling is lagging. By the weekend before Christmas, probably only the basement and the adjacent utility room will have finished tiling. No bathroom, no WC will be tiled. :-(

For the painting work, the plasterers' tape was (only now) removed. On the concrete ceiling, adhesive residues are now clearly visible. Allegedly, these were supposed to be sanded off along with the ceiling. But the sanding didn't help, and the ceiling is already sealed now. I hope it won't be noticeable later when the furniture is in place.

I find it much more serious that water is dripping through the balconies/terraces. Yesterday, for example, 64 ml in 4 hours (no direct precipitation). At first, it was "only" from the ground floor into the basement. There, the children's room on the west side (see picture). Now also from the attic into the ground floor, in the eastern part of the living room. The roofer wants to check again today...

We are sticking to the (idiotic) plan to glue the parquet over Christmas and move in before the end of the year.

Attached are a few pictures without scaffolding. Thanks to climate change, sowing at an altitude of 450 meters was successful at the end of October.

This entrance in no way hints at what is happening inside, very positively meant. What will cause problems, however, is your grass; the soil is full of debris, and it will gradually come up.

The water that drips into the apartment with a time delay through the empty conduits probably comes from one or more leaks in the flat roof sealing by the terrace. Unfortunately, we had the same situation in our previous rental apartment. This caused the parquet floor in our new apartment to be ruined twice. The water accumulated there until it found its way through a tiny hole and ran into our apartment through the conduit. The end of the story was that the general contractor who had to fix it under warranty wasted more than a month. In the end, the leak was only found by blowing smoke through all openings and the entire upper 80 sqm flat roof terrace had to be completely uncovered again. Are your terraces already covered?

Right, I took a closer look at the picture with the lawn. We sieved the soil before starting up, but small stones always remained. In the first 1-2 meters behind the hedge, there are indeed a few more because paving is supposed to go there later. In the long run, the small slate chips should crumble on their own. Alternatively, someone will be assigned to collect the stones... Six little hands come to mind quite spontaneously.

Yesterday the roofers were here again and everything should be fixed. I will have it explained/showed to me today.
