Have a look on Ebay Kleinanzeigen if you can borrow one. I saw one at our place over the weekend for 35 euros per day.

We have now acquired a Bamato MRT 500 Pro.

Approximately 300 liters or 500 kg can be loaded. It drives better than expected. It also leaves no muddy paths. I am impressed. Only two points of criticism: the lower cover for the gear shift area is made of easily breakable plastic, and there is only a tilt angle of about 70°. But thanks to placing a plastic sheet under the excavated soil, even damp soil slides out well at 70°.

However, you notice how exhausting the shoveling is. Previously, the wheelbarrow trips provided some "rest," now you shovel 4-6 wheelbarrows continuously into the dumper.

The first screed layer of the two upper floors is in, thanks to lightweight concrete. It will be a total of 28.5 cm. About half is thus done. Now insulation and underfloor heating will go in, and then on to the final screed. In the basement, only the top layer with almost 18 cm is applied.

The first railing beginnings are also visible.

Exterior color! I didn't think this would become such a topic. Otherwise, we usually find common ground relatively quickly. But it seems difficult. Fortunately, we now have to find a decision relatively quickly. The process will therefore be at least short, but probably not entirely painless...

In general. It shouldn't be a "bright color" since the building already appears somewhat larger compared to the neighborhood. The statute states: "The exterior surfaces of the buildings should have light plaster, no bright colors, clinker bricks, or wood" (Note: I interpret this as light but not bright plaster may be used. Clinker bricks or wood without color specification are allowed.

Variants:
a) Whole house: Kolorat K39-8-22-15T
b) Basement and ground floor in RAL 6013 and top floor in 5014

I’m interested in that too. Otherwise (surprise! ) definitely pro color, pro Kolorat (very cool color by the way, they make really great stuff). I'm tired of those endless neutral tones that don’t bother anyone...
