With your "architect," I see even the smallest modification directly turning into a disaster :-(
So I'm trying here to avoid a disaster. :p
Medley looks okay. Utility room on the other side.
Does a Medley fit into a kitchen like this? (of course without so much light) :(
How many square meters would that be with 2 full floors?

With your brilliant planner, you can be glad about any similarity to what it was actually supposed to be – unfortunately, you will have to swallow the toad that the kitchen might not turn out as on the photo. The square meters of the upper floor will be the same as on the ground floor.
Does anyone know the size per room for Medley 3.0 100? How wide is the living room? Is it possible to slightly increase the dining room and living room and reduce the stairs, toilet, and wardrobe? Or enlarge the house by these few square meters so that the dining-living room is at least 35 sqm or at least 3.8-4 m wide? I found a similar example for the ground floor from someone in this forum (in gross sqm). I thought about narrowing the hallway, increasing the stairs and living room, utility room, and making the dining-living room 3.8 m (to get as close as possible to the “magic” limit of 35 sqm). Thank you very much Thanks
