Give the 11th right: I have rarely seen such a dilettante architect – at least when it comes to the drawing (I don't remember the whole thread that well anymore because I don’t have an elephant-like memory).

As a layman, I would be ashamed to show something like that:

Embarrassing.

Aside from that, all doors with a rough construction dimension of 80cm – are you serious? That will result in doors with a passage width of 75cm or even less. Well, that might be acceptable in the pantry or maybe in the guest toilet (which would be too small for me personally, you'd get claustrophobic when you have to poop!), but besides that... And definitely not in the kitchen if you’re supposed to carry groceries in there.

If the public whipping of this imbecile, who is certainly no credit to his profession, should take place, I want to be invited!

That he is allowed to earn money with this borders on bodily harm.

As a layperson, I find the children's bathroom silly. I could still understand an extra toilet on the same floor, but outsourcing the children to the bathroom on the same floor, I find expensive and excessive.

Yes, it is like your variant 2. But I want the living room / dining room to have 35 sqm. And maybe in the end we will decide on the 3 children’s rooms variant.

My memory also doesn't always clearly separate what the OP showed here and what he has already shown in the Green forum. The majority of the floor plans shown certainly do not come from the draftsman of his general contractor (to whom he is unfortunately bound), but from the start, floor plans from various catalog models – probably also wildly mixed from timber frame panel and masonry house providers – have been discussed; and their only commonality is probably that the OP doesn't find them as bad as what his draftsman is presenting to him. When he shows any of them to him, the draftsman makes something out of it that looks like a design for a completely different task than before. This is truly a pity. So apparently what is needed here is a proposal that the draftsman only has to send to the authorities, preferably without being able to mess anything up.
I think I already suggested looking for proposals from some general contractors in Burgenland, where some residents also speak Croatian, so that explanations about the plans can be conveyed to the draftsman. Possibly the Polish magazines with building proposals recommended by might also be helpful.

A bathroom at the bedroom would bother me with that size. This makes your main bathroom very small. A lot of drywall work still needs to be done to install all the water pipes, etc. They alone take up about 20 cm in width. It will be very tight in both bathrooms. I would combine them.

Are you serious? As an amateur? What can he do about it? Your 80 refers to the windows - the doors are drawn narrower. If I have read something wrong here (I have not followed everything) This is not an architectural drawing, you can see that from wall thicknesses etc. However, I can remember a house construction that is supposed to take place abroad. One does not really know what the standard sizes are there.
