Thank you for the tips and floor plans. What do you think of the floor plan of the Neo131 (of course with small modifications to expand the kitchen and place a wardrobe in front of the guest WC)? I see it has straight stairs(!?). What changes would you make if you were to go for 2 full floors? Personally, I would not have a wardrobe and would place 2 cabinets in the bedroom. Are the stairs too steep? I thought in my case only a half stair would be an option, right? Thank you in advance.

I find the upper floor terrible. The staircase could be one step longer. Take a look at the medley 3.0 100 from Fingerhaus.
