Floor plan design, 2 full floors, approximately 130-140 sqm without basement

Our architect has created a different floor plan. What do you think? We are still considering 3 Ki-zis variants. Thanks for the opinions

I do not like the door frames pressed into the wall corners without any gap. Otherwise, this looks like the best that can be expected from the poorly gifted architect.

The door frames do not have a wall section to enclose, and the handles will also hit into the walls like that.

Given your architect’s abilities, better not at all. What is shown will be the maximum; it won’t get any nicer than that.

We have two children. We don't know what the future holds. So for now, we are still thinking about the 3 children's rooms. What do you think of the floor plan from jaydee at the beginning of this thread (can that somehow be adapted for 2 full floors?)
