Where should he take the space from? The 15 cm would then be taken away from the children's room again - and also from the hallway.

Sure: when designing a house, these are goals. Still, you don't have to stick rigidly to numbers when you suddenly want to have a house with four bedrooms instead of three. Compromises have to be made somewhere. And if you told the architect that the children's rooms should be almost the same size... well, then you can probably be happy with 3.85 meters in width. Some plan their living room with 3.50 meters width and see no problems at all.

I dare to claim that the issue with the statics is not due to the 4m of the living room... overall there is one load-bearing wall on the ground floor according to layman's opinion (mine), namely south of the stairs, the 10s (what material is planned?) are probably not even capable of hiding a corresponding beam/post inside.

We have the living area with 10.8x5.05m (internal dimension) freely spanning without additional explicit beams...

I would assign 80x80cm to the drawn shower, you can turn around standing in it... if I drop the soap there I need help or have to open the door...

Haven't read it completely but is the "architect" freelancer or draftsman for a house manufacturer and what freedoms do you have for decision-making? If you let him draw it 3 more times it probably won't get better but mostly different and judging by the current designs more interesting for onlookers :(

Thanks for the feedback. It is the utility room (house without basement).

No, there will probably be an entrance from the north. As shown on the floor plan with the entrance to the north.

Thank you for the feedback. The drawn shower has to be 90 x 90 cm in size.

Unfortunately, I think so too. But I am an optimist :)

Tar and feather him, drag him through the marketplace in a pillory ... seriously: can't you just ignore this grandmaster of obtuseness, i.e. draw the major bugs out of the draft yourself?
