North is at the top on the plan, as on the property plan. It is a bit confusing to draw the entrance at the bottom. With the hillside location and no basement, the entrance on the north is rather not optimal. I would prefer the west. The turning possibility on the property is also hardly possible. Or is it intended to drive out of the property in reverse??

Yes, the turning possibility will be difficult, it will not be possible to get back onto the street. I know, it is not ideal, but we have no other choice. I thought it was a utility room on the northwest side.
