The OP had an absolute blockhead as an architect, who removed a shortcoming in one corner with every design adjustment but inserted one in another corner instead. How he managed to get rid of him for a plot tied to a contractor, I don’t know, but it was definitely a relief. Now he has a new architect, with whom changes finally also mean a net gain. However, that doesn’t change the fact that an approximation to 91% of the optimum has already been achieved. Trying to push it to 92% now would be foolish according to Pareto. I hardly see any more giant leaps like in recent weeks coming here, and one shouldn’t alienate the new architect by taking an example from Princess or Ilsebill Fischer. Keeping an eye on what is feasible does no harm.

If you put down the 500K or whatever it takes for the house, you can be happy with 90% optimizations. But it’s not your house – most want it to be perfect if they’ve been paying for it their whole life. So if the dream closet doesn’t fit in the gap, the OP might be really annoyed. Then he remembers that the 11ant had bossed him around back then to stop planning, and you are to blame for the mess.

I only strive to be a humble substitute for the voice our choir is missing from . Happy with a respectful distance from the princess optimum, without frills, and if I remember correctly, even with some "wrong way around" hung kitchen door or something. And (yet ???) far from having to regret a failure of perfection. After the festival comes the break!

Hello everyone, The structural engineer requires changes due to the cerclage and now we have to reduce the size of the windows in the bathroom and bedroom. Or move the bed towards another window. Above is the north side and near the neighboring house. I would like to enlarge the window in the children's room towards the north, do you have any suggestions for the bedroom? Thank you

What does a cervical cerclage have to do with the structural integrity of a building, and how is moving a bed structurally equivalent to reducing the size of a window???

You know what I thought, vertical reinforced concrete element. Serklaž (cerclage) in Croatian. Regards
