:oops:I did not understand where the staircase needs to move by 10 cm. Do I have to tell the architect?

Yes, the staircase would need to be moved 10 cm up according to the plan. So the technical room will be slightly smaller. Or you make the cabin overall 10 cm larger.
Also: Your architect is working with 20 cm walls. Is that drywall? In any case, in the sketch the cupboard dimension of 3m x 0.6m is taken to the edge. If there is going to be plaster on it, you need more clearance and should set the installation area as a condition so that your planner calculates enough space.

My sister has grown-up children and tells me I absolutely have to install a shower in the guest WC because the children will want privacy later in the upstairs bathroom.
My children are 5 and 2 years old and so far I have no problems.

Should I install a gable window in the attic (as storage) on the south side or should I also have one on the north side?
How big should it be?

What do you say?

Aaaa very good, thanks Katja, I spontaneously suggested extending the living room from 3.90 to 4m.
Yes, the architect recommends drywall (2 plasterboard panels on each side of the wall and insulation).
Should it be 0.7 m for Ikea wardrobes (Pax)? (I told the architect because I read it somewhere here).
Her dresser will be my wardrobe (extended to the open door), and my wife can have the entire 3m wardrobe.
Thank you, thank you

No, better do it ONLY on the north side. The size as drawn is sufficient.

Sounds fair. :D It’s best if you already choose a wardrobe now and add 3 cm on the left, right, and back. That will be your installation dimension, which the architect receives as a specification.

Can't the gable window be in the middle?

Here is one with a shower on the ground floor.
