I would approach the topic differently anyway. Grab a structural engineer and first clarify what would have to happen to the walls you want to remove/change. I have already been through a renovation of an old house... some wishes or ideas disappear quickly because things are not possible / too expensive. On the other hand, there are options that you do not see yet.

What good does it do you if people who have seen neither the apartment nor the surroundings contribute their ideas or concepts when these would not be feasible anyway?

Clarify the "big" questions first, then you can think further.

Can walls be torn down / larger openings made? What does that cost? Can water pipes / sewage pipes be installed? Heating, windows, screed...

After that, you have a clearer picture of what would be possible.

Colorful pictures won't help you at this point yet.

And what exactly is this "double wall" between the kitchen and the living room? Are there pipes inside and if so, for what???

I have a few ideas for this apartment, but that would mean a pretty basic renovation and certainly exceed the budget.
As it is now, I find the apartment layout really awful and if nothing changes, I wouldn’t even want to invest 2000€.

Could you provide your own labor? Many things can definitely be done yourself (under professionally skilled guidance). Is there a timeframe or do you have unlimited time (then you could also see it as a project over a few years without time pressure)?
Then you could achieve a lot more with 100,000€, for example, outsourcing only the structural work, such as knocking down walls, supporting, installing columns, etc., as well as laying sanitary connections, and gradually doing the rest yourself (plastering, floors, tiles, painting, etc.).

Is the 100,000€ purely for the renovation or all inclusive (for example, also a kitchen)?

I’m also missing the access to this apartment and whether there is garden access, where it is, if there are already terrace doors, whether windows could be changed or if that would spoil the overall look of the house?
Nowadays, you usually have larger windows and garden access.

Is it, as often with older houses, a raised ground floor? So without garden access. If yes, would you like to have access? Then one could consider possibly creating access to the garden or building a (raised) terrace.

You see, there are more and more questions, but these are absolutely necessary to suggest something meaningful here.

Photos of the house would be helpful etc.
