I would have also very much liked to have a wood stove for the sake of coziness. I do enjoy reading decorating magazines, especially around Christmas, to decorate around a real fireplace... ah!
But we decided against it. With today’s insulation standards, I feared that having a wood stove would simply make the living room uncontrollably warm. I already notice this sometimes when I light a few candles.
My sister heats with a wood stove in her (by the standards back then) near-passive house. That may be nice if there are only two of them. But every year we are invited there for Christmas dinner, and as soon as 8 people sit around a table, it gets so disgustingly warm in that house, it is hardly bearable.

Yes, the heat generation of a wood-burning stove should not be underestimated :) Can't a controlled residential ventilation system additionally cool the rooms? Although that somewhat contradicts the purpose of the stove, at least the warm atmosphere is preserved :)

That one would also fit well in your house!

The thing is no longer 8 hours behind like 4 months ago but only 30-45 minutes. So that's already an improvement . Basically, whenever I'm at home, I always go into the network and check the data through the inverter interface.

I really appreciate the live view from SMA.

Photovoltaic-wise, December has basically been non-existent so far; I achieve 35kWh output in 16 days on a sunny May morning...

Can you show me the entire day from yesterday? I would be interested in the compressor pulses. Thanks Yes, December is really bad. We are also only at 40 kWh for December.

Yeah, on the somewhat nice days I had 10-15cm of snow on the modules...

you don't see the compressors there, but I didn't have any impulses yesterday. The heating ran continuously until yesterday noon for about two weeks and then shut off for the first time at 7 degrees outside temperature.
