Seems to be the same heating system as ours. Compressor runtime is a disaster for you. We had it too, from 10 minutes now to 55 minutes.

The way your system is set, at most 7 more years and then the compressor is done. You’ll be getting a big four-figure repair bill soon. So definitely take action.
