And how do you explain the COP value? Why can only modulators achieve this?

Interesting thread, I already felt bad with our 200W base load :P

Since the beginning of October, we have consumed about 780 kWh. Currently, exactly 78 days have passed since the installation of the SMA Home Manager, so about 10 kWh per day (2 adults and 2 small children)
Of that, 213 kWh is self-consumption + 207 kWh from the battery storage and the rest purchased.

The photovoltaic system produced a total of 9837 kWh for the whole year (10 kWp, SSO orientation with flat roof 8°).

What are the mysterious 10,000 kWh, read from the heat pump? Is it actually the electricity consumption or rather the thermal energy produced by the heat pump? The former seems quite a lot to me, the latter not.

I think he certainly has a 5k budget. That leaves 5k for the pump. Fits.
