That was before the system was commissioned by me, I currently assume at least 30% less

I received my annual statement yesterday 5500kWh incl. heat pump (without controlled residential ventilation and without fireplace) in a 3-person household.

I think people mean well, but that doesn't mean they're right.
It's similar to telling a 16-year-old at the door, "Kid, did you bring a jacket? It'll get chilly in the evening!"
Controlled residential ventilation is usually very difficult to retrofit. And in the mind's eye, half the forum sees you standing two years after moving in in front of a moldy wall, crying with the words, "oh woe is me, oh if only I had the controlled residential ventilation, oh if only someone had told me beforehand!"

Of course, that's nonsense. If you're currently satisfied with your living situation without controlled residential ventilation and by airing out, why should it be different in the new house?

The interior plaster is lime-gypsum mix. So mold should be less of a problem. It’s not like I don’t perceive and process these statements, but the louder people shout, the less understandable it gets.

Let’s see what comes with the new energy regulation. Maybe I won’t be able to avoid a controlled ventilation system after all...

Yeah yeah, anyone building without controlled residential ventilation is being crucified in the forum at the moment, but we thought it through carefully beforehand and decided accordingly
