A controlled ventilation system is usually very difficult to retrofit in most cases. And in the forum’s collective imagination, they see you standing in front of a moldy wall two years after moving in, crying and saying, "Oh woe is me, oh if only I had the controlled ventilation system, oh if only someone had told me before!"
