Controlled residential ventilation is not a whirlpool. Controlled residential ventilation is more like a robot that bathes you while you can do something else (barbecue, sleep, work, cruise through the village by car...)

Absolutely, as a person with arachnophobia it was worth the money just for that alone The continuously fresh air in the house is also simply a dream.

You can still open windows and hear birds with controlled residential ventilation ??? No one forbids you. But you don't HAVE to. I definitely don't feel like letting cold air in every morning after showering in the bathroom or even waiting until the moisture is out .... and with 170 sqm plus a basement apartment, I also don't feel like constantly airing out the less-used rooms .... but you probably wash your clothes by hand too ... a washing machine is pure luxury anyway (-;

But it is already a difference whether I save myself 10-15 minutes per day through €10,000 or 2 hours per load for €400. When I see how much time I need for ventilating, some household appliances perform significantly better in cost-benefit calculations than controlled residential ventilation. Nowadays, everything is attempted to be automated for a lot of money. At the same time, more and more people go jogging or to the gym for expensive money because they move too little.

We live in the middle of the forest, if I want to hear birds I go out on the terrace or into the forest. This argument can only come from people who have none.

I love the fresh air feeling inside the house! I would have had the [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung] installed again and again.
