Selling the controlled residential ventilation with the fear of what will happen if not, how did you survive in the old apartment/house without controlled residential ventilation? Who ventilated 6 times a day ...?

As a rule, it wasn't necessary. Dense houses/apartments have only been built for a few decades. On the other hand, tenant complaints accumulate as soon as a house/apartment is adapted to current requirements (i.e., energetically renovated) and they have never learned to ventilate 6 times a day. With all the consequences. It simply wasn't necessary, as the air and moisture found their way out on their own.

that means conversely, dense houses with controlled residential ventilation, or diffusion-open houses without controlled residential ventilation, we have chosen Gate 2

Ventilating 6 times a day is pure fearmongering. At the beginning, you certainly ventilated properly 2-3 times a day. Meanwhile, we are averaging 1-2 times depending on the usage level of the room. Nothing is molding there. The humidity levels are all good. The child anyway has the stupid habit of talking to the neighbor’s kids in the doorway or just quickly dashing out without closing the door. This is then called uncontrolled residential ventilation. ops:

2-3 times even and unfortunately in winter. Because it was necessary due to the humidity in the apartment. By the way, it was a WDVS renovated ground floor apartment. With free mold spots in the corners after one year.
