Electricity consumption at home, what is your consumption?

Household consumption is average, judging by the other values I’m reading here. I believe I have the heating quite well adjusted and the house is not oversized for a 3-person household with 125m².

I then have to have the fun of calculating what portion of the heat pump’s energy goes to hot water heating and what portion is actually needed for heating the house. Even if the controlled ventilation would save 20% there, from my gut feeling it can only be a maximum of 60-80€ per year. These would mostly be eaten up by the electricity costs of the controlled ventilation system.

There are enough evaluations showing that the electricity of a controlled residential ventilation system is about 60 euros plus filters about 60 euros, so a total of approximately 120 euros, corresponding to the heating energy savings. The investment does not pay back anymore. But I don't care, because the controlled residential ventilation piping lasts the lifetime of the house. And a new controlled residential ventilation system costs only a fraction of the investment at construction.

It is also high time that the state implements the home office tax allowance, because there are definitely increased electricity costs etc.

But there are lower travel costs for that. This should make it even harder to exceed the lump sum amount.

So I looked again earlier at the values from 2019. In 2020 we probably consumed more household electricity due to Corona.

2019 Household electricity approx. 2650 kWh Heating total 2600 kWh Electricity consumption in summer for hot water approx. 1.2-1.4 kWh/day - so heating approx. 2100 kWh - hot water approx. 500 kWh

I have to admit, I expected a bit more for hot water.

As I said, a 3-person household with heat pump without controlled residential ventilation, without fireplace and without solar or photovoltaic system

You won't get me with the car... I bought an old Mercedes diesel from 2002 for €1400 including 2 years inspection. I do everything myself, which is not much, and I also try to get it through the next inspection. Cars are a huge point where massive money is burned.
