Having your own – above all: the same – scale for comparison is good. You can also include small errors and immediately test the attention of the "readers." Unfortunately, companies tend to uncritically quote a price to lay planners for their design, even if it is poor (and merely "approvable"). But floor plans alone still leave a lot of room for interpretation. In my inquiries, question 2 is the most interesting: do you alternatively offer your most similar proven construction proposal (whether it is called a "model house" is secondary). We created our own floor plans and then asked everyone for them to be able to compare better.
Stone on stone or as wall panels? – Expanded clay should be feasible as GEG / EH55 standard even without ETICS. Not everyone likes ETICS and personally I also don’t find it compatible with QNG.Hauser was by far the cheapest in comparison. Which you can also notice in the execution. Thin expanded clay brick walls with ETICS
You probably mean "a pure shell builder." Doing all trades yourself suggests a general contractor that is actually "too big" for single-family houses (and probably also a construction manager at the same time). For the client, the "employee ratio" is value-neutral and therefore not really suitable as a decision (or even just scoring) criterion. I always request the garage at least as a separately stated option if it is not architecturally integrated (to avoid disturbing comparability, as in my experience it is a purchased item). Besides, in my view it is usually not worth making a fuss about it. Its task is to be a basket for the metal pet and not to spoil the ensemble. My cars don’t wear Prada (and have to make do with the kid’s table). If I were an influencer and they contributed significantly to the household income, I would be open to discussion – but not before.Fermo [...] do all trades themselves [...] AWS [...] Is a pure general contractor and awards all trades.
