We have compared three companies in detail and ended up with Fermo. In terms of price, the somewhat trustworthy construction companies did not differ at all. Since the construction is still pending, I obviously can't say whether they are really as good as they seem so far. Let's see...

I have already contacted Fermo, but have not received any feedback yet. In addition, Fermo cannot offer KfW40 (minimum is KfW55).

Why does it have to be kw40? I believe the actual consumption difference is close to 0.
