So you did the sampling or how do you know that only machines are shown? And yes, it is shown how the manufacturing is done, etc. But they also show how the wall structure is, how the walls are screwed together, the roof, every single work step you can look at beforehand. And yes, we also chose tiles, switches there that are standard. By the way, we ruled out sanitary fittings because we didn’t like them. I would call it a worry-free package.

With Weberhaus, we also did this preliminary sampling.

But the most important thing after the visit was: I know what I can get and what I have to pay extra for. No surprises, no tradesmen who stand me up or go bankrupt, etc. After our signature, we transferred exactly this amount 8 months later. It may be that individual assignment is the better way for many, but for me and my wife, it was turnkey without stress, from one source, one contact person, and done.

No, I can imagine that's how it goes, the goal is, as always with something like this, a cool, maximally convincing show :-) As I already said, I would rather have talks with (former) clients. But such samplings are certainly nice. I'm also looking forward to it once I've decided on a provider.

No, the message of factory tours is to show that only good ingredients go into the sausage ;-)

What is this pseudo-psychologizing paragraph with accusations/insults supposed to achieve now? We should remain factual and sober and not insult or tease each other. I actually expect that from long-time forum writers here. We should also return to the content, namely discussing construction companies and how to quickly and efficiently (time is money!) find the right one.

Is it about being loved by sales? Companies always hate competition and transparency. But one has to force them to accept it, if necessary with legal pressure (see cartel authorities and building code (contract) regulations for construction companies). Otherwise, clients would just be taken advantage of.

Interesting. I like to learn from experienced people here. What has changed with salespeople since the 80s? More performance-based pay?

No one has belittled anyone, accused him of anything, or insulted him (???)

As far as I can judge the long-time forum writers, they see question marks behind the efficiency of your method. "My name is Lohse, I shop here" is not convincing even in "Pappa ante Portas," and likewise not on the house-building market. As I said, I have been doing the tendering business for quite a long time, and it is very much about listening – exactly the approach you do not want to let possible partners get close to you on.

Then you actually just need to scroll back here.

I can’t really say whether it was really the eighties since which basically nothing essential has changed in sales to this day, or rather the sixties :)

Little memory aid: That can definitely be considered an insult. Assigning some kind of "blue type" (sounds like learned at a seminar "psychology for work") is also sorting into a drawer. Also, that you accuse me of considering those people’s sentences as "emotional nonsense" for me is definitely meant disparagingly here. But I am not resentful; as an alleged "autistic," I just want to mirror to you what can come across to a person with your sentences.
