Otherwise, Härtter-Bau from Renningen was also very good, sympathetic, and we also had a good feeling, but still a bit more expensive. The same goes for AWS from Renningen, also good and transparent, but even more expensive than Härtter. Both are rather small, but do a lot here in the region.

Thank you. I had indeed not considered them further because of your statement "corner more expensive". Or what would you understand by "corner more expensive"? Has this been offset again by better equipment?

We didn’t quite “negotiate” all the way to the end with both (because we had already made other decisions by then), but at least Härtter was quite okay in terms of price. I mean, around 5% above the best price, without having standardized every feature. The consultation was good, and I think personally it also would have worked well with Mr. Härtter. He also quite easily took us along to current construction sites, seemed to have absolutely nothing to hide, and in my opinion the houses look quite high-quality. AWS was about 5-10% higher again. But when we asked about the somewhat higher price, we didn’t hear anything back at all. That was a no-go for us, seemed like they didn’t feel the need. Currently also building in Heimsheim.

Unfortunately, the appointments did not take place at either AWS or Härtter. However, on the phone with both, we were more or less informed that construction could not begin this year due to high workload.

I called Härtter several times and was told they would get in touch to arrange an appointment. Just yesterday I asked again and was told they would contact me but could not say when.

I only called AWS yesterday because we had a few other construction sites. The responsible person is on vacation this week and will get back to me next week.

A brief general update: At another provider, after an initial conversation, we were made to understand that they had no interest in the construction project. Even after several calls, the reaction was very dismissive and they even ended the call. We neither had any special requirements nor were we unfriendly. We are currently clarifying how to proceed, whether possibly another sales consultant will take over or if we write the company off completely. Once this matter is settled, I will provide an update about which company it was.
