No, for blue types (and it would be even more so with blue types who are at the same time autists) it is a typical reaction not to perceive Emogedöns (you called it "funny results") as valuable information:

Why you so vehemently defend the builders in the new development area, I don’t know now... My goal is not to disparage them, I didn’t write that anywhere. How I assess their information (useful or not) has nothing to do with their personality!

I know, it’s clear to me too. My point was to show that polling in new development areas is also not the be-all and end-all. And it doesn’t necessarily have to lead to the goal of finding the suitable provider. That’s what this is about here.

I already thought that the sales consultants are presented with some psychologically based customer types in their training and thus have an idea how to deal with customers. I agree with you, of course they don’t want to hand out tabular data.

if you keep going like this, collecting construction performance specifications and data sheets and trying to make them comparable in spreadsheet programs, there are hundreds of other construction companies who don’t make a living feeding you with information. Then you won’t build a house. Clients who demand the 3.1B certificates for the nails and the COC for the window handles are just annoying and hinder the construction process. Your scattergun request with the detailed description (at least 10 pages) has already put you in this drawer. The only one who can match your request with the company’s possibilities is the salesperson, whom you don’t want to meet. Or do you think the boss does that himself, just for you?

That almost sounds like a threat/warning. Easy does it with the young horses. So far, I have successfully collected many construction service descriptions and offers. From that, I form my opinion and calmly decide with whom I want to have in-depth discussions and negotiations. My opinion. I’m glad that I’m not one of them. Where did you get this claim from? Again: please lower the emotional level. I don’t even know where this anger from you and 11fant comes from. That’s at least how I perceive your posts. Personal attacks/snarky remarks are not helpful here.

I am factual and in a good mood, nothing to do with anger. Many have built here, are in the process, or are planning construction. The methods are different, your approach is rare. I wish you much success with the house construction, please keep us updated :)

I really like how you respond, Nida. Others would have snapped right away. The usual approach is to gather information first and then select 2-3 providers to have individual talks with, I assume? I’m happy to keep you updated. I think it’s a nice thing if you appreciate it here.
