That can definitely be interpreted as an insult. [...] But I am not resentful, just want to mirror to you as an alleged "autist" what can come across to a person with your sentences.
With that you have practically answered that you are not an autist (which is not an insult, but was a question), because interpreting neutral statements as insulting is practically a characteristic of non-autists :)
Assigning some "blue type" (sounds like learned at a seminar "Psychology for the Profession") is also sorting into a drawer. Also that you accuse me of considering the sentences of these people as "Emogedöns" for me is definitely meant derogatorily here.
No, for blue types (and it would be even more so with blue types who are at the same time autists) it is a typical reaction not to perceive Emogedöns (you called it "funny results") as valuable information:
The inquiry then partly leads to funny results like "We simply felt well cared for," "It just fit," or "They felt what we wanted" or "They just hit our taste" or "We were lucky, everything went well with them." That only helps to a limited extent.
If that is not a devaluation: the people give you valuable information, and you say it only helps "to a limited extent." Hey, the people spoke to you — a stranger — about their feelings! (that is meant empathically on their part) — they can't help that this answer is not formatted in a way compatible with your expectations! — they don’t want to disappoint you with it, but simply cannot look inside your head.
As for the assessment (or as you call it, "sorting into a drawer"): you can be sure that every experienced sales consultant makes such an assessment — whether in individual cases according to "color" types, according to temperament theory, according to Myers-Briggs, or otherwise. Trained sales consultants — who by the way are rather rare in house sales — are trained to "pick up" the prospect and "guide" them to the most suitable product (that you tend to react prickly to this led me to classify you as a blue type and ask whether you also have autism). You must consider that sales consultants are engaged as an intermediary position between you and their deliverable products. In providing information for parametric-tabular comparison funnels, sales organizations do not see their task. If you evaluate this as consumer-unfriendly ...
But they have to be forced to do so, if necessary by legal pressure (cf. antitrust authorities and building code (contract) regulations for construction companies). Otherwise, building owners would just get ripped off.
... then that is, I’d say 'neutral' :), "your view of things." If I now read that through your sensitive filter, I would have to think that you see those who refuse the information you desire as delinquents. Just mirrored like that, if you understand ...
