Thank you for the list. I can say that the requested heavy construction companies Härtter, Köhler and U-Haus do not build in the Waiblingen region. Therefore, unfortunately, they are rather only to be recommended for those wanting to build on the other side of Stuttgart. Maybe someone still has a few recommendations for the eastern side of Stuttgart?
My parents live in the Rems-Murr district, I can gladly ask. But maybe someone here will also be found.
I personally only know Fermo from Ludwigsburg, they build within a radius of 100km as far as I know. They do have high quality, but also a significantly higher price.
At Fermo, I was there right at the beginning when I didn't even know what I wanted. They then sent me to their financial advisor, but unfortunately, their price and my budget did not match at all.. ;)
We built in the Rems-Murr district and moved in in May. Everything went quite well, hardly any problems. Timber frame house from a local company. Finding a garden landscaper is currently difficult, and they make you feel that too. Months of waiting are to be expected :oops:
