I really like that. Would it be possible to show a photo of the wind break tiles and the bathroom? I don't think I've ever seen such large wall tiles anywhere (only on the floor).
The floor tiles and the matching wall tiles appeal to me a lot. The patterned tiles are honestly not really my thing. However, I think the tiles throughout the entire house are well coordinated (especially in terms of color), and that always makes a house feel "complete" to me.
Just noticed, the decorative tiles look completely different just by zooming in, so I can well imagine that they look even better in real life as you say.
Whether that is nice in your eyes, I don't know, but I will have a sample sent to me, if possible...
Addendum: Forbo Impressa also apparently offers linoleum with a wood look.
So I have received the samples. dlw naturecore is out for me. Honestly, I’m not surprised that the line was discontinued. The look is clearly fake and the feel is like vinyl. The Impressa from Forbo is much more promising. The look is really natural, the feel not at all like wood but also not like plastic. More like the linoleum floors in school. However, very thin. I think you would need to add impact sound insulation underneath, otherwise it wouldn’t be much better than tiles in terms of hardness.
