Which floors are suitable for single-family homes? What does the home-building elite recommend?

The parquet is so worn out that when I take photos of baby clothes for Mamikreisel, I don’t even know how and where to lay them on the floor so that the background doesn’t look like the photo came from the Ritter family’s apartment.

In the bathroom there is a 60x60 "sandstone" porcelain stoneware tile and on the bathroom walls 60x120 of the same tile. The entrance area has a 10x10cm vintage tile. My wife likes a bit of Tuscan / country house style.
