Unpredictability of construction costs - Will the project fail because of it?

OK then that's fine. WHERE is the plan of the property, with the house, garage, terrace, elevation details, etc. drawn in? I would like to take a look at it. As it looks in the ground floor plan, there is a 12% slope. In my opinion, that works even without a basement. Only whether the master craftsman should be the preferred planner is questionable.

Wrong, in the basement it is from 0 to -2.6 m, ergo 2.6 m

Well, I also think it’s complaining on a very high level. Who can afford a [Einliegerwohnung]?

My brother-in-law also complains terribly about the high construction costs and a kitchen for 35,000€ is planned. That doesn’t make sense to me either.

I read a raw construction height of 250 cm and a floor construction of 25 cm: So it won't be a living space; in Bavaria, that is planned with 240 cm. What you are referring to are the height reference points, not the actual room height.

But it comes out the same. 0 is the top edge of the finished floor, minus 0.15 for the floor, minus 0.2 for the ceiling makes a depth of 2.6 a room height of 2.25m, once calculated from top to bottom and once from bottom to top as you did. That’s how I understood it correctly now, right?

The property would have two levels, so it does not have to be completely filled or excavated.
