This doesn’t work.
On the one hand, you can’t credibly evaluate such a drawing without a site plan, orientation information, and other details.
Take a look here:

On the other hand, I wonder which fully grown body measurement you know that measures under 60cm with the arms.
Meaning: in some areas, you can only move through the house by turning sideways.
Therefore, I won’t go into further details now – whether the doors are placed incorrectly here or the washbasin is under the slope is almost irrelevant.

I agree with my predecessors. I would start over again, preferably with professional help.

We do not know the shape of the plot any more than the structural conditions.
Nevertheless: With a 370m² plot, one side length of the plot is at least 19m long.
The house could therefore be larger.
Because of this, I believe that the limiting factor in this case is not the plot, but the budget (as is often the case with house construction).

Since the basement is not even shown as a floor plan here, I wonder what it is actually supposed to be good for? Merely as a classic storage room for junk and building services?

My opinion is therefore that you should critically question the basement. If you omit it, the "savings" could easily make the house significantly larger...

Since then, the OP has already been active in the thread (several times), but unfortunately did not respond to any of the questions or suggestions raised.
